Job Description

As the Technical Sales Support Specialist, you have a serious background in the automotive field, with a passion and a drive to be at the fore of the continuous changes that are the hallmark of this industry. This time you will be a player with the Company that is causing and leading the charge in this highly specialized segment. You are the technical go-to person in the field, at the hub of the Customer and Company information exchange. You must be able to glean information directly from the customer as well as from the vehicle information systems and the vehicle itself. The Customer and the Company rely on you to provide the technical training while managing the installation of the system, from the pilot project through to complete fleet installations. Your technical expertise includes the ability to read electrical diagrams with a solid understanding of vehicle communication protocols preferably with direct experience at testing and exploring these same protocols. An absolute is your ability to forge good customer relationships built on a solid foundation of customer service habits.
